About Us

Farmhouse plant studio was founded by Melissa Walker, stay at home mother of 4 and extreme plant lover In March 2023.

She has always had a love for plants and a keen interest in growing new plants and learning about each one. So much she decided to start a small home based plant business in Hanna Alberta.

She enjoys her customers and helping them in many ways from picking the right plant to diagnosing what is wrong with their current plants.

She also has an interior decorating background so selling home decor seemed like a no brainer to her.

Plants and pretty things make her happy! :) 

She looks forward to meeting many people in the community and making a lot of plant loving friends!
